Easy Peasy Weekly Recipe #14

It's Wednesday!
 
Time for this week's installment of Christie's Easy Peasy Weekly Recipes!

Have you ever had leftover spaghetti and there was just under the amount it took to make a full meal for your family? Here is a way to stretch your pasta one more night and to fill those tummies. 

 
 
Ingredients:

Leftover Spaghetti
16 oz of Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings you enjoy on pizza like peperoni, olives and canned mushrooms.

Instructions:
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a baking dish take 1/2 of your leftover spaghetti and layer it making sure you get it in an even layer. Step 2 take 1/2 your cheese and put it on top of the pasta. Then put 1/2 of your pizza toppings and place them on top of the cheese. Repeat those steps in the same order to complete the bake.
 
Bake until cheese in nicely melted.
 
Wah-lah! Your done!

Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread and you've got a great meal the kiddlets will love!
