It's Wednesday!
Time for this week's installment of Christie's
Easy Peasy Weekly Recipes!
This is a fast and easy one that you prepare the night before too!
This is the video my husband found online that made us try this recipe.
Mini Baked Ham Sandwiches
Instructions:
- Melt butter and mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and minced onion.
- Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately in tact).
- In a 9x13 pan, place bottom half of rolls and cover with ham and cheese.
- Cover ham and cheese stacks with top half of rolls.
- Drizzle butter mixture over top of rolls, making sure onion is evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and, once finished, separate for serving.
We made these for our daughter's 4th birthday party back in January and they were a HUGE hit. The kiddlets have an aunt who is allergic to meat and so we decided to leave the ham off one package and they were still so very good.

Wow those sound and look great. Those Hawaiian Rolls are the best. I just bought a package of the hot dog and hamburger buns and my husband is now in love with them.
They are soooo DANG easy too!!!!
Yum, that sounds great! I will have to try these, I love easy peasy! :) Thanks so much for visiting my blog, I am happily following you back now! :)

Those look really good! I love Hawaiian Rolls! I recently used them in an overnight breakfast casserole, and they add the sweet twist to the savory classic. :) Stopping by from Bloggy Mom!
Adrienne...that sounds good too! Is there a recipe you'd like to share? My hubby is from Hawaii and used to have them fresh from the bakery on King's Street, in Honolulu before they were commercialized/ went national. So, my kids of course are raised on them now. They even will have the rolls or bread loaf with a little jam for a sweet easy out-the-door breakfast. I also have made some little mini breakfast sandwiches out of them...a bit of sliced ham, egg and america cheese.
