Easy Peasy Weekly Recipe

With 4 children eating out is a luxury for us so we have to come up with easy recipes that the kids will like. Last week John had picked up a huge bag of fresh chopped broccoli on sale. I really wanted something different than the normal boiled or steamed broccoli. So here is something I whipped up in a pinch that ended up being sooooooooooooo dang-it good! My husband even requested it the next day he liked it so much. Because of this, I decided to add an Easy Peasy Weekly Recipe entry to my blog. I hope it will help you make yummy things for your family that will save you some time.

Creamy Parmesan Broccoli

  • Fresh Broccoli Chopped into small pieces
  • Hidden Valley Farmhouse Originals Creamy Parmesan Dressing & Dip
  • Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preheat the oven on 400 degrees

In a baking dish, layer the broccoli in an even layer. Pour liberally the dressing all over the top of the broccoli. Put a dash of salt and pepper, just to taste then mix up the broccoli so it is evenly coated. Lastly, sprinkle some parmesan cheese all over the top to make it crispy when it bakes. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is browning a bit. Wah-lah! Your done!

Let me know what you think!
